It%26#39;s between knob hill inn and The sun valley condo delux apt, the price is about the same.

What would you suggest if I want to be near town to walk around and not ski as much but my family will be skiing. But I also want it to be easy for them to catch a shuttle to the mountains.

Hi...Knob Hill Inn is closer to walking into Ketchum, and there is a bus stop across the street for your family to catch to the mountain. The bus in town is always free. Are you coming around Christmas time? If so, staying out at Sun Valley would be really fun-there is lots going on there during the holiday season. And if you stayed there, you%26#39;d be able to take the bus into town while your family got the shuttle to the mountain. Overall, I%26#39;d say there is more activity going on by staying in the SV condo.

Okay that is a really good point. I think they will mainly be skiing, but at night if they aren%26#39;t too exhausted it sounds like you%26#39;re saying sun valley has more things going on. I thought it was ketchum.

We are there first week in jan. I was interested in that rest that has the sleigh ride simply for the sleigh ride!

I hope if we like it to come back in the summer at some point and see more of the area, but for now it%26#39;s just four days of skiing and making the most of that time.

definitely the sv lodge...sorry for not answering, but was out of the country for a few weeks...you will love the sv condo...lots for the kids to do by themselves, bowl and such. and the bus goes everywhere...enjoy

ahhh, I already picked the knob hill inn. But I think will be back and i%26#39;ll def. go up to the sun valley lodge for dinner and to look around.

no way to change?? the other option is so much better, especially for children...by a long shot.

I would lose my two nights deposit which i don%26#39;t want to do. We will be skiing during the day and meeting friends at night so with only a few days the locale of the inn will be better for me during the day.
