Japanese suites

The reviews on this site for the Japanese suites motel are very favourable (apart from one). Can anybody advise if they have had a bad experience there? All the reviews say it%26#39;s very clean (most important!). We%26#39;re only there for one night in June.

I have toured the property and although it%26#39;s an independent motel, the owners do a fantastic job of upkeep. I%26#39;ve never really heard of any complaints from anyone that I%26#39;ve referred over there.

I%26#39;ve heard good things about it, too, but I haven%26#39;t stayed there.

I will add that the location is very good -- very close to the resort, beach and downtown area.
