Hailey Airport

Okay, this could be a real silly question to you ... I wish to visit a friend a Sun Valley, when I checked the air ticket price on United Airlines, the nearest airport I could find was ';Idaho Falls';. Can anyone please tell me what is the airport code for ';Hailey'; which is obviously much closer to Sun Valley?

PS: I will be traveling from Chicago, MI.

Thank you, Charley48. I just searched four web sites: United Airlines, NorthWest, Expedia, Travelocity ... and guess what? None of them have the flight that matches my search -- flying from Chicago to SUN by end of this month.

My guess is, either it is a busy time (therefore no seats available) or it is a quiet time (hence the airlines cancelled the flights). I am putting on hold my ticket flying to Idaho Falls Airport though. It takes about 3.5 hours drive from Idaho Falls to Sun valley, correct?

Correction ... I meant to say ..... I will hold on to my ticket reservation to Idaho Falls. Please advise if it is about 3.5 hours drive to Sun Valley, and is it an easy drive? I am not very good in driving on highway with a lot of cars. It is best if you can let me know if there%26#39;s any public transportation between Idaho Falls and Sun Valley.

i went to expedia and kayak.com and found lots of flights!!!

Try it again. also, Boise is 21/4 hours away, and a MUCH nicer drive. It is easy to get into sun valley. give me your dates and i will copy and paste from a site.

It will be so much nicer if I can fly into Sun Valley directly. Thank you for checking for me, I will try gain. My traveling date: depart Midland via Chicago to Sun Valley on August 29. Returning on September 1.
