Hi folks
I%26#39;ll be in boise for two days next march and was wondering if anyone knew whether the new hostel will be open by then?
If not then my only other option will be the one a bit outside town..
Hostels in Boise
I haven%26#39;t heard anything about the new hostel opening. There is not much in the way of that here in Idaho, but I am sure you could find some budget hotels too. The prices in Boise are not nearly as huge as big cities.

i use priceline, and we are over there a few times a month, and always get a great hotel...
I second the Priceline option. I lived in the Boise area for a while and sometimes go back for visits. I used Priceline and put in a $25/night bid and the Red Lion Riverside accepted it. While they aren%26#39;t downtown, they might have the most comfortable beds in the city. They rival any Westin around the world. The Grove Hotel is probably the most overrated hotel in the area. They nickel and dime you to death. I honestly have not heard of any hostels in the downtown area.
HI
have you checked out ';couch surfing ';google it. it is the new wave for cheap travel.
